Gruppo Mirabella SG, an Italian real estate construction company, has given Camper & Nicholsons Marinas (CNM) the operation of its Marina di Pinetamare in southern Italy.
Located on the Domitia Coast, 45km northwest of Naples, Marina di Pinetamare is part of a wider revitalisation project of the Domitia Coast. Construction of the facility is expected to begin in early 2013, with a build programme of approximately three years. James Beaver, chief operating officer of CNM, says: “We are working with Gruppo Mirabella SG to create a world-class marina which will join the Camper & Nicholsons network of premium marina destinations.”
CNM, which has worked on the design, technical, sales and marketing elements of the project, will take full operation and marina management of the facility.
Stretching over a 756,500m2 site, Marina di Pinatemare comprises 1,200 berths including 36 slips for superyachts, two refuelling potoons, a helipad, a boatyard, and undercover dry stack, amongst other amenities for boat-owners.
