Nautor’s Swan has appointed Luca Lucheschi as its commercial director for 2012. Lucheschi will be working alongside managing director, Enrico Chieffi. Lucheschi moves up from his previous role as area manager to the Americas and Southern and will now be responsible for the group’s overall commercial strategy. Lucheschi has worked for the Finnish boatbuilder for nearly 10 years. He has experience analysing local markets, and supporting regional agents through the promotion of effective campaigns as well as matching forecasted sales targets across the range of international markets where the SwanLine is available.
Commenting on this appointment, Lucheschi says: “Having worked with this company for nearly a decade, I am confident that I have the vision to take the commercial side of the brand forward using implementation of realistic budgets in this climate. I am looking forward to introducing the world to the new side of Nautor’s Swan with such a dynamic team around me.”
