Winners of the World Superyacht Awards

The 2015 edition of the prestigious World Superyacht Awards returned to Amsterdam, the Netherlands on 9th May for a glamorous evening spent rewarding the best superyachts of the past year in a total of 18 categories. Judged by a panel predominantly consisting of owners, here is the complete list of winners.

 

Motor Yacht of the Year: Grace E – Measuring 73 metres in length, Grace E was built by Perini Navi at their Picchiotti shipyard and launched from their facilities in Viareggio in September 2013. She features naval architecture and exterior design by Philippe Briand in cooperation with Vitruvius, whilst Rémi Tessier Design undertook her interior design.

Sailing Yacht of the Year: WinWin – Built by the Finnish shipyard Baltic Yachts, the 33.04 metre sloop WinWin was launched in May 2014. She features naval architecture and exterior design by Javier Jaudenes of Surge Projects, with Design Unlimited responsible for her interior design.

 

 

Displacement Motor Yacht of 1,300GT to 2,999GT of 75m and Above: Kismet – Built by the German shipyard Lürssen Yachts and completed in 2014, the 95.20 metre Kismet’s exterior design comes from Espen Oeino International. Reymond Langton Design undertook her interior design.

 

Displacement Motor Yacht of 1,300GT to 2,999GT of Below 75m: Grace E – taking her second award of the night is the 73 metre Grace E.
